Produced with 70% Nerello Calabrese e 30% Sangiovese grapes, cultivated on the Calabrian hills, between 250 and 450 metres of altitude. The vines exposed to the Calabrian sun acquire the particular characteristics that characterise this exceptional "Calabrian red". Harvested late, to obtain the maximum con cen tration, the grapes are placed under long fermentation.
The fermentation and maturation process is passed in small oak barrels. The particular methods used during production gives this wine a full red colour, intense, achieving elegant and noble tannins. Well suited to red meats, grilled meats, salami and aged cheese. Serve at the temperature of 78° C, will gift you strong emotions and will satisfyeven the most demanding paiate
