After picking and grapes are pressed and left for a fewhours in contact with the must so that the skin of the grapes, mixed into the must itselt allow the colour to diffuse. Following this the solid parts are eliminated and the fermentation process begins. The wine that results assumes the characteristic rose colour, the scent is delicate, fragrant as a young wine, with light fiorai notes dry to the taste, well balanced with a slightly bitter base
